Dress Code

Fantasy Formal / Black Tie Optional

Guests are warmly encouraged to embrace the theme through fantasy-inspired formalwear, but traditional black tie and formal eveningwear are equally welcome. The aim is to create an enchanting and elegant atmosphere while ensuring all guests feel comfortable attending in a style that suits them.

• Location: The Shakespeare Room, University of Winchester Business School
• Event Type: Fantasy-Themed Ball
• Ticketing: Advance booking required. Ticketing will close on 21st December 2026
• Age Guidance: 18+ (You will need to bring a form of Valid Photo ID, security will be on the door. No ID; No entry – refunds are not available if you are declined at the door by security)
• Accessibility: Disabled Parking Available (Please get in contact) and lift access available.
• Allergies: Upon booking you must inform us of any allergies to ensure we can accommodate as many needs as possible. After 21st December 2026, any requests may not be able to be honoured.
